At Huntingdale PS, our staff are committed to providing a culture of excellence for our students. We do this by ensuring we have a learning environment that supports the individual health and wellbeing to ensure they have the foundations to reach their academic potential.
We believe that every child can learn and that every child brings a contribution to our school. We are committed to building a sense of belonging and strong partnerships with the school and the wider community. Teachers, students and families work together to nurture our children. We have access to a range of services to support families including the school health care nurse, school psychologist, School Chaplain, Aboriginal Education Officer as well as a strong relationship with the Gosnells Child and Parent Centre.
We value the involvement of our parents and community, through the P & C, School Council and classroom support, our student leadership team is highly valued within our school. We work with each of these groups to ensure their voices are heard and feedback is used to drive school priority areas. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be an active part of the school community through volunteering time on the School Council or P & C.
We welcome new students into our school and promote our motto of ‘I Care’. I am proud to be the Principal at Huntingdale Primary School and I look forward to sharing your child’s educational journey with you.
